These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Inara AI and its related services, provided by Inara Health Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Inara AI digital health platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
By accessing or using the Platform, you affirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing or using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Inara AI is a digital health platform designed to connect caregivers and care recipients to information, community support and to care providers. The Platform includes features under the umbrella of an “Inform, Connect and Manage” framework to span the scope of developmental disorders and disabilities.
Inara AI’s mission is to provide personalized insight and resources and access to vetted screening frameworks, foster a supportive community, and streamline care coordination for families of individuals with neurodiversity and disabilities through our innovative AI-powered care orchestration platform. We, ourselves, do not provide medical care, do not diagnose medical conditions and do not prescribe medications.
Our platform is not suitable for use in an emergency. If you are an Individual caregiver or care recipient in a medical emergency, please seek emergency treatment from a local medical provider as quickly as possible instead of using our Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your account by protecting your password and restricting access to your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
- Use Inara AI for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Use the Platform to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including HIPAA regulations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of Inara AI.
- Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content.
- Collect or harvest personal information of other users.
- Engage in any activity that may adversely affect the performance or security of Inara AI.
The Platform is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Inara AI (provided by Inara Health Inc.) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from the Platform without our express written permission.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party websites or services is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including if you breach these Terms.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inara AI (provided by Inara Health Inc.), its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform and/or our website. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, USA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
